Bohuslän has Sweden’s most species-rich waters because the coastal sea is Sweden’s saltiest.
In Bohuslän, Westsweden, you can experience many really nice dive sites and some of Sweden’s most popular. You may see corals, fish, shellfish and rarities – sometimes on the same dive! There are plenty of creatures and plant species to enjoy. We often dive walls as the fjords and islands have many of them, but also the shallows and the sandy sea floor offer lot’s to discover.
Salta Guiden is a scuba-diver and is happy to book your Bohuslän scuba-diving visit for your group. We know where the best spots are, and which dive sites suit your wishes. We can also advise you on where to experience what.
Of course, we can also book your accommodation and dining experiences, and also create on-land programs for your companions if wished for. Contact us for more information
In November you can experience octopus in shallow waters, in December until March there are plenty of nudibranchs in our waters. In April the fish return and then you can enjoy all species all summer long, until November. Late summer and fall are the best seasons to spot long-distance rarities that are swept here with the Golf current, such as St. Per fish, seahorses and, in some years, we are also visited by dolphins.
